Transforming National Defense

The US Military remains mostly unchanged since minor cuts were ordered after the 1993 Bottom-Up Review. Trillions of dollars in spending have brought some minor evolutionary changes, but nothing revolutionary. The Bush Administration skipped two official opportunities for enacting change with the Quadrennial Defense Review. G2mil has specific recommendations to rapidly transform the US military over the next four years. None of this involves more money or more research.
