G2mil cut back to quarterly three years ago as the editor became busy with other projects.  The library content is not updated as often and links are difficult to keep current since around 10% change or disappear every year.  Nevertheless, no one has ever asked for their money back, and many pay just to make a donation in appreciation for the free quarterly content.  Library members also have access to Carlton Meyer's new book: The Spectrum of Future Warfare that was published on-line in 2006 and updated in 2007. That is worth the price itself.
